What is our jewelry made of?

All jewelry items are made of 201, 304 or 316L grade tarnish resistant stainless steel which may include polished (shiny, gloss) or satin (dull, matte) finishes. This includes all chains, pendants, charms, earrings, findings (jump rings, clasps, etc). Always read an item's description for specific details.

Is our stainless steel jewelry waterproof?

Yes, all of our stainless steel items are waterproof and tarnish resistant. Feel free to swim, sweat, shower and sleep in your new jewelry! 

How do I care for my jewelry?

Gently wash pieces with soap and water then dry with a soft cloth for a brilliant shine. Safe to use in an ultasonic jewelry cleaner too!

How do I choose a bracelet length?

The most accurate measurement is from a bracelet you already own. Be sure to measure it from end to end including the clasp.

If you do not have a bracelet available to measure, follow these TIPS:

Measure your wrist with a flexible fabric tape measure. Do NOT choose length the same size as your wrist...it will NOT fit!

---> For a tight, snug fit, choose a 1/4" longer length than your wrist size
---> For a relaxed fit, choose a 1/2" longer length than your wrist size
---> For a looser fit, choose a 3/4"- 1" longer length than your wrist size
